1. Eligibility for Return
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
- You have a valid proof of purchase (order ID or invoice)
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used products, opened nail kits, or damaged items due to customer handling are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used press-on nails
- Nail glue, adhesive tabs, or tools
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale
- Gift cards or digital downloads (if any)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at support@lamonabeaute.com within 7 days of receiving your order
- Include your order ID, reason for return, and photos of the product (if applicable)
- Our support team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order ID
- Clear photos of the damaged or wrong item
- A short description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost after verifying the issue.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want to exchange a product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only if they haven’t been processed or shipped yet. Please contact us immediately after placing your order to request a cancellation.
